FSC Self-Declaration

The Management of EUROGROUP BELCAIRE, S.L., aware of the importance of preserving the environment, wishes to contribute to the protection of the world’s forests.

To this end, the company has decided to develop a chain of custody system based on the FSC technical standards, with the aim of promoting sustainable forest management. To achieve this, we will provide all necessary resources and are committed to maintaining the FSC chain of custody system and complying with its requirements.

Environmental protection is a key factor in the development of our activity. Therefore, EUROGROUP BELCAIRE, S.L. will ensure the training and awareness of its employees, encourage their active participation in the FSC chain of custody system, and pay particular attention to suggestions related to this matter.

We also commit ourselves to the values promoted by the FSC Policy, publicly declaring that we are not directly or indirectly involved in:

  • The illegal trade of timber or derived products,

  • The violation of human rights or traditional rights in forestry operations,

  • The destruction of high conservation values,

  • The conversion of natural forests into plantations or other non-forest uses,

  • The introduction of genetically modified organisms in forest management,

  • The violation of ILO Conventions, social requirements, or occupational health and safety standards,

  • Child labor,

  • Forced or compulsory labor,

  • Discrimination against workers in any form,

  • The denial of freedom of association and collective bargaining.

This commitment will be communicated to the employees, suppliers, and customers of EUROGROUP BELCAIRE, S.L., and will be made available to any other interested party upon request.

The Management of EUROGROUP BELCAIRE, S.L. expects and desires to collaborate actively with the ultimate goal of ensuring that the world’s forests are managed responsibly.
