Communication of criteria and requirements to suppliers

One of the objectives that Eurogroup Belcaire, S.L. sets itself as a daily challenge is the continuous improvement of its processes to provide its customers with better service and attention.

In order to achieve this objective, Eurogroup has an Integrated Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standards.
One of the requirements that the Management System establishes is the need to evaluate and select suppliers and, in accordance with what has been established, we show below the established criteria:

General criteria for all suppliers

The supplier undertakes to comply with what is requested in the accepted quotation/purchase order.

  • The supplier is obliged to comply with the legislation applicable to the service he is providing.

  • The supplier must apply the necessary preventive measures to avoid dangerous or emergency situations during the performance of the work entrusted and train and inform his personnel about the work to be carried out in our facilities.

  • Avoid contamination as far as possible. For example, by making use of e-mail to avoid sending various paper documents.

    Initial and continuous evaluation criteria.

  • Suppliers with product or Management Systems certified by an accredited certifying body will be positively evaluated.

  • Clear and concise quotation/purchase orders, including competitive price rates.

  • Compliance with the established delivery deadlines.

  • The existence of financing options will be positively valued.

  • Personalised attention, before, during and after the purchase process.

  • Quality of the Product/Service provided.

  • Recommendations or good external references.

Control by the company, once the material/service has been received, will be carried out by:

  • Administration or reception operator: He/she will verify that the concepts described in the delivery note as well as the quantities requested are correct according to the order form or approved budget.

  • Section head: He/she will carry out a visual inspection to ensure that the requested product complies with all the quality requirements.

  • Support: He will carry out the necessary operating tests to verify the correct state of the material received.

Likewise, during the provision of the service or supply of the product, if anomalies occur and, if the nature or seriousness of the incidents so requires, the same shall be communicated for correction and shall be documented as a Non-Conformity.

The lack of performance (non-conformities) will result in a negative evaluation by the Quality and Purchasing Department, which will carry out an annual evaluation of suppliers, although we will always trust in their good work and performance.
